As for Vegas Palms, I signed up for the first time on March 2nd, deposited $150 and got a $450 Bonus. I played through 10 times, did a partial cash-out. They deducted $248 bonus (not all) and are telling me that I should have played 20 times !!!! This is from their email.

I can't see the relevance. I played after getting a new player email offering $450 bonus, not a "March Madness" promotion.
