I got the bonus and wagered $2100, then I requested a cashout of $305, they subtracted the bonus from my cahout and only paid me $125. I don't understand what I did wrong, or why they would take away my money, even if I didn't play enough, which I did, wouldn't they give you a chance to reverse it and play more, or do they count on people to make mistakes so they can steal their money?

The key phrase here is "familiarize yourself". The type of bonus offer you received is apparently what Fortune calls a "purchase match", for which the wagering requirements posted are "To cash in the Weekly Purchase Match bonus the following wagering obligations apply:
wager the purchase at least ten (10) times
wager the bonus at least ten (10) times"

In your case, this would mean $580 x 10 = $5800 in action. I agree they probably should reverse your cashin, instead of taking the bonus away.
