I got an email from Vegas Villa for a $180 bonus on a $400 deposit, the link on the email for terms-and-conditions brought me to this:
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all free money that has been awarded (including but not limited to free casino credits, prizes, or service credits) must be wagered at least ten (10) times before it may be cashed in. Very often the wagering requirements may be in excess of ten (10) times, so it is important to familiarise yourself with all of the specific conditions pertaining to each promotion).
I got the bonus and wagered $2100, then I requested a cashout of $305, they subtracted the bonus from my cahout and only paid me $125. I don't understand what I did wrong, or why they would take away my money, even if I didn't play enough, which I did, wouldn't they give you a chance to reverse it and play more, or do they count on people to make mistakes so they can steal their money?
