I have always found the Fortune Lounge group to be thoroughly professional and straightforward and have never had a problem with them.

If they choose the raise the playing requirements, so be it. Remember that their casinos do offer autoplay, which means you can fulfill the requirements while you nap.

FL used to be a good group until a couple of moths ago. Now they seem to be confused and clueless, they are trying to apply the new T&C to bonuses that were given under the old T&C, or to apply the T&C for signup bonuses to other bonuses. Raising WR *after* awarding a bonus is not acceptable.
