They are run by the Golden Palace group. The Golden Palace group has poor customer service IMO. If you need to send documents for a cash-out they won't email and tell you that you need to send them. Weeks later, when you find out that your withdrawal has not been processed, you will have to call the casino and they will then tell you to send the documents.

However, once you've sent your documents, you will get paid (unless you're a scammer).

But the customer service is 3rd rate IMO. Aspinalls, I hope you're reading this. It's time for you to kick some asses at the GP group. They aren't doing what you're paying them to do.
