Same story here. On March 24 i cashed in USD 600 at Hampton Casino. Actually, the cash in was USD 1012 - 300 (sticky bonus money) - 112 (the sum over minimum cashin requirement) = USD 600. I have sent all necessary docs including faxback - but until now- no reply. Hope to receive my money any time soon.
