Cryptologic casinos are good to play. I would recommend Intercasino for a nice monthly bonus and 1on1 if you're a highroller and like a big bonus (which you sound like you are). In my opinion crypto has the fairest blackjack in the land
Phoenician is a good RTG. They pay quick and they have some sticky bonuses which cannot be cashed out so bet big. On the whole I would avoid almost all RTGs apart from maybe Inetbet. Inetbet is a ery reliable RTG which I would trust with my money (though their bonuses are not too hot).
Next stop would be MG casinos. I personally have nothing against MG BlackJack although they probably rank further down on people's fairness list (Crypto and RTG being the top for fairness). Go for the Trident Grp as they are ery trustworthy (Trident Lounge, King Neptune and one i can't remember). Most MGs are reliable but steer away from Fortune Lounge casinos for the moment as they have some absurd terms to their bonuses. Don't play at the Golden Riviera casinos either as they will take a millenia to pay you.
If you fancy a bit of Bossmedia BJ, head over to GoldClub which is probably the biggest Bossmedia casino. Bossmedia is a bit slow to play and a little streaky but overall fair.
Over the pond, the UK has some pretty well regulated online casinos. Stanley casinos are one of them (Starcity, Acropolis, Crockford) and they are one of the biggest land casino operators in the UK so you can trust your left leg with them.
Avoiding Playtech casinos would do you no harm because although they're not as bad as RTG, they still like to screw players with alarming regularity. Plus their games especially their BJ is considered rather suspect by many players. If you must play Playtech, Brandy has always paid me on time and offers me some good bonuses.
All the casinos i've mentioned (apart from Phoenician-which has only been around for a short while and Brandy because of its Playtech games) are top notch and would deposit my life savings with them (had i any, after all i'm only 21) and be pretty sure that it'd still be there when i logged on again.
I've just mentioned a few casinos that have come to mind and there are probably other good places but i think my list is pretty solid. I play at some ery trashy places if only for the bonus money. You do sound like the kind of player who wants to stick with some reputatable casinos and i'm sure the casinos will take care of a loyal player like you.
