I don't know the nature of the fraud in which Dean says people have engaged. In fact I'm not sure how it could be done as Phoenician has several forms of ID for me as well as my confirmed Neteller information and my credit card information. (All are obviously me) But hey, Im just a guy who likes to do a ilittle online gambling, not a professional scammer.
I do know that I will not be playing at Phoenician unless I can make my deposit ia Neteller. If I'm depositing by another method I'll play elsewhere. Even if I have to wait a few days to get my money back at least Im able to withdraw to my Neteller account. Under the current system at Phoenician its not just that you cannot INSTANTLY withdraw to Neteller, but without your last deposit being made ia Neteller you cannot withdraw to Neteller AT ALL. Dean Says that they are reviewing this policy. I hope they can come up with something because what they are doing now doesn't work for me. Oh well.
