I did this a few months ago.
I deposited neteller, and did the withdraw....everything was fine..went to neteller.
I then deposited prepaid atm and tried to withdraw and it wouldnt go through, I got a message saying I had to deposit with neteller to get the withdrawel back.
I had already send id in and Dean said once this is done, you can always withdraw instantly ia neteller.
I tried it again and still was unable to withdraw ia neteller. I emailed customer service, and they said again I had to deposit ia neteller. I said I had in the past several times...
It was so frustrating, I stopped depositing for awhile......
