which said in part "once you have completed faxback requirements you can deposit any method and withdraw through neteller anytime thereafter." in actuallity this is NOT true. Unless your LAST deposit was made ia Neteller (regardless of how many Neteller deposits you have made in the past) you cannot withdraw to your Neteller account.
Just wanted to clear that up as it has been an issue for me twice now.

This actually was true but we had a policy change due to some fraud issues. Unfortunately some bad eggs spoil it for everyone. This has only recently been changed and we are reviewing different scenarios at present.
