ACtually I did reply to the manager- I sent him a private email through WOL with all the data he asked for and some constructive suggestions. According to the system the email was never read or even opened. As you get a popup to say you have private mail when you log in I can only assume he never logged in again.

Either he was totally disinterested despite his emails or he realised what he had got himself in for and moved on from the irtual group.

Unfortunately I hear that the same problems continue for players so it seems like nothing much has changed.

Regaining trust after years of continous problems is almost impossible. Virtuals rep was so bad that most experienced players would never go back but casinos can be redeemed.

Golden Palace created one of the biggest online scandals way back when and yet today there are few complaints and they seem to have got there act together (although some of the many originally burnt justifiably avoid the place).
