I've had a tremendously difficult time getting myself off of your mailing lists. The last so called manager I spoke with REFUSED to remove me on numerous occasions. I took to calling your 800 number everytime you sent me spam, sometimes as much as 20 times for each peice of spam mail. Since 800 calls are NOT free for you, this ended up costing your casino $ for each peice of junk you sent me that I did not want.
