Denzeil, are you the actual manager? has this changed recently?

I've had a tremendously difficult time getting myself off of your mailing lists. The last so called manager I spoke with REFUSED to remove me on numerous occasions. Prior to that customer support and or the manager would just FLAT OUT LIE and say they removed me when they didn't. I took to calling your 800 number everytime you sent me spam, sometimes as much as 20 times for each peice of spam mail. Since 800 calls are NOT free for you, this ended up costing your casino $ for each peice of junk you sent me that I did not want.

I continue to get spam from you people.

Watcha gonna do about it?
