I admire your courage in coming on this board- however as stated I have not has a particular problem as I do NOT deposit my own money at casinos with a reputation for not paying. I am sick to death however of continously reading the irtual casino problems- if you want an idea just do a search on these boards- and many others.

You recently posed a survey in which you asked three questions- I decided to fill this in and one of my responses was your atrocious reputation and nonpayments- As a test of your "intentions" to change in response to survey- I played your freebie - well over requirements - cashed in the allowed amount and advised you in writing that there was an excess and to delete it.

The casinos response- cancel all and deny with no notification- I note this is common for many players I "speak" to. This does not worry me as it was not my money and I did not expect to get paid but it is a sample of why I (a serious RTG software fan) and many others now will not deposit at your casino or a linked casino of yours.

As to Prism (it is not a good start to the board to deny whats known) - they are related- I had a royal there and the link for forms and queries took me back to irtual as did the redemption of some 60000 comp points- I did eventually get paid for this (it was some years ago) however as stated I would not risk money now as your reputation has got even worse over the years.

If you want to model yourself on a good RTG casino look at Inetbet- I and most other RTG players have absolute confidence that this casino will have fast customer support, polite staff,clear rules which they stick to , pay on winning and do so promptly. Gambing is a risk but the gamble should be in the games NOT a second gamble on payment.

As stated no personal moneys owed or not paid so I do not have a problem for you to deal with but I am fed up with casinos that act in the manner yours has to date and as a long term player with a fairly good reputation feel obliged to give some warning to others as to the risk.
