I just resolved a similar issue another player had with Golden Tiger. Probably the reason they wont give you the bonus is because you have probably played at 1 or 2 other casinos in this group and they have labelled you a bonus hunter, which in my mind is fine, thats their perogative. The problem lies in that their software does not recognize that the bonus was not actually claimed and wont allow the player to cashin because it still thinks that wagering requirements still need to be met before cashin in. I find that a quick phone call to their support can easily rectify the situation.
As far as asking for ID, this is simply standard practice with most casinos. I mean whats the big deal? Scan, attatch and send, that can't take more then 5 minutes can it? I know that it is your own money Sean, but I go into every casino I play expecting to send in ID in order to cash in as a large percentage of them require this.
One quick question Sean. Did you try to phone their support to figure out the problem?
