So basically anyone who's smart enough to quit while they're ahead (ie make money off one of the bonuses that you constantly offer) is not welcome to play. As long as you pay all that are banned (especially me ), that's fine I suppose, BUT I still think it's bizarre. You would never see that in a land-based casino. It makes me question the financial backing of your casino, especially with the 30 day thing. Is banning just the easiest way to delay payment of larger wins?
