Great. Here is some more feedback. When a player has the wagering requirement calculated twice and plays it both times, that is enough. Take some responsibility.
Or reward him for providing that feedback you so alue.
Or compensate him for having to waste time and not getting correct answers and not being allowed to talk to a supervisor.
Either way.... you should give the man his money and forget the petty wagering requirement.
