chucho: I monitor these forums to resolve issues our players have with us and I use the information to improve our processes. Participation in these forums is therefore ery important for me. Your comments about our wagering requirements are noted.

Whilst we have a wagering requirement on Blackjack, there are several other casinos that exclude Blackjack altogether.

You question why you should join our casinos because of the Blackjack wagering requirement and state that you were just about to do so when we changed the wagering requirements. Strange co-incidence I would say because you are obviously an active player and had ample opportunity to join our casinos before the wagering requirement change. Or is it just that you never intended to join us anyway and that this just provided you with yet another opportunity to criticize us ?

This thread was about the problem brackis experienced. He is one of our players and I handled his issue with utmost urgency and empathy. You derailed this thread, exactly at the point brackis posted that his issue was resolved, instead of recognizing the resolution.

If you want to start a thread about this issue, then do so. But then include all other casinos who have similar wagering requirements or exclude Blackjack altogether. You have no personal experience of our casinos.
