My problem was resolved, FortuneLounge overnight'ed me a check to repay me, and covered the bank costs (even threw extra credits into my account for the hassle)

The problem was relating to a specific situation I had and should not be something to worry about when playing at 7sultans or any FortuneLounge casino

Anyone had this happen to them? What approach should I take in getting my fair winnings back?
