They did get in trouble around WSOP time as they couldn't pay up for a couple of WSOP main event seats that people won through freerolls there, but from what I've heard, they've made amends with the people who were owed the main event seats. No problems withdrawing (ala Futurebet sites) that I've heard of.

Yes, think it is 15x, yuck. They have a first time deposit bonus which is better, I think it's a 9x.
