zrapture: Thank you for your posting. You have a great suggestion and we will certainly look at it. As I said, the process is manual and it does result in some mistakes, but this is still no excuse. However, in all cases where we have erroneously removed bonuses, they were reinstated. But again, this is still not good enough.

sodax: A great suggestion from you too. I will certainly explore the practicalities of such a process. I really like the idea of the player choosing which bonuses he/she would like to receive. And well done to Trident for doing it right.

bonuslover: Your comment about the sign-up bonus is correct but the Neteller purchase bonus is added in 24 hours, even over weekends.
