The Grand Virtual casinos are not recommended at all any more. There are too many problems getting paid. A few years ago they were ok but I had to pitch a pitch at Casinomeister once when Casino Treasure and Casino Fantasy were advertisers there just for them to award a promised bonus.
OGA (gamingalliance.org) is a scam watchdog organization, apparently accrediting fair casinos with their OGA seal/logo. OGA is owned by Grand Virtual - only their casinos are accredited. Their email to you states you are not welcome in any OGA affiliated casinos, i.e. in any of their casinos. It would be interesting to see the response if any other casinos try and join the group: http://www.gamingalliance.org/members/join.html
