Well, I just heard from Mark at Focalclick again.

Regarding the alleged "solution" offered by Omni he said that he was advised by management that the Bonus that was credited to my account is for December only, so if I play in December I will not receive a bonus for December (i.e. the bonus that I have received because of complaining that I was not credited a bonus for November after meeting play requirements is really the bonus for December, just credited in advance - rather than the November bonus being credited).

He expressed his apologies for this being the only solution offered and did state that he has forwarded my complaints along with many others along to Omni management.

So that's the latest.

Now I don't know if that means that I would get a new bonus for December as well and be able to cash in both bonuses, but it certainly dosen't say that. And I really have no clue what wagering a new $4,000 has to do with the fact that I already wagered over $2500 in November, meeting their wagering requirement, and lost $350 of my own money in the process.
