I e-mailed them and received 3 different responses. The first one was a canned response copying the instructions for free play from their website. The next one was as follows;

Thank you for contacting our 24/7 Customer support team regarding our free play mode. I would be more than happy to answer the questions which you have addressed.

First, I would like to provide some relative information with regards to how our casino software works.

In Realplay mode, each time you place a wager and initiate a game sequence (ie, you spin the slots, or spin the roulette wheel, or have the blackjack dealer deal you cards), all of the results are determined on the server side. Meaning that none of the results are determined on your computer and within the software which you have. They are in fact determined by our server in a remote location, before the results are sent to your computer over the internet. This ensures that even in the event that you disconnect while in the middle of a game, the server will still properly and accurately play out that wager, and will be up to date when you log back in.

This means that since you can play free play mode even while not connected to the internet, that the game results are not taking place on our server side, but are in fact taking place within the casino software on your computer. You're right, the results will not be exactly the same as if you were playing in real play mode, they may be slightly different in some instances, as in fact there are 2 separate random number generators being used for real play, and free play mode.

We cannot supply the random number generator within the casino software which you download and play in free play mode, otherwise this would be a HUGE security threat. We MUST keep our real play mode random number generator completely separate, and all game results must be determined on a secure remote server.

My conclusion is that this is misleading and when I responded to tell them so I received another canned response with instructions on how to play in free mode.
Maybe because I am new I don't understand and this is totally normal casino business?
