Topic: Negative Player Database? Forum: Winner Online

Does any one have any information regarding a "Third-party negative database"?

The following post (http://mb.winneronline.com/showthre...player+database) talks about one (mentioned on a casino's rules page), and I have heard talk of them, but have not been able to find any information about it. I used to work at an online casino and we never had one. I'd like to see who's on this list!

Your terms state:
Player Abuse
The Casino reserves the right to refuse or rescind the Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. The Casino reserves the right to ban any persons abusing this promotion from receiving further promotional offers from the Casino, as well as the
right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to a third party negative database.

What exactly is Player Abuse? If the player follows your rules and plays trough the deposit and bonus required amount in non-restricted games, will you pay him his withdrawal?

Or do your terms mean, that even if he succeeds making a withdrawal after barely meeting the terms and conditions you may deny him his withdrawal?
