I would avoid any sites you come across that claim to offer paypal. There is something wrong with that picture.

Plus, if Paypal ever notices your account being used for gambling transactions, you'll find your account locked and the funds frozen for an indefinite period of time, possibly forever.

I will not personally use Paypal at all. I've had the same $1 sitting in my account for almost 3 years, and don't plan to ever add funds to the account. There is just way too much credit card fraud on their system. They claim to have all of these advanced security procedures to prevent such fraud, but the reality is that it runs rampant.

Using it for sending money is one thing, but when it comes to receiving money, you better know who you're dealing with - I mean know them personally on some level. It amazes me that this system is still so widely used on ebay with so much reported fraud. The sad thing is that a lot of time, the ictims of this fraud also end up with their own accounts locked, when all they were trying to do was peddle some garbage on ebay.
