What do you mean when you say you are of legal age? If you are 21, you should be OK. Between 18 and 21 is more complicated. Some casinos say that you have to be at least 18 and of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, which is not always a well-defined concept. If you live in the US, you can ote at 18, but only buy alcohol at 21, but if your state does not have legal gambling, there won't be a legal minimum age for gambling.

There was a case where a 19 year old was old enough to play as long as he lost, but when he won, the casino suddenly decided he was not of legal age to gamble.
