It's a good market to hit. There are lots of people in the world who play nothing but slots, so the WR aren't any big deal to them other than having to place a certain number of bets. But it doesn't bother them as much as someone who prefers Blackjack, for example.

But also, starting with slots players gives you a chance to be their first experience with other games. The beautiful thing about online casinos is that they have always been ery good at 'graduating' the player.

By that, I mean that these people will play nothing but slots at a real casino, maybe eventually dabble in ideo poker, but not really anything else because they feel intimidated to try the table games, or maybe are afraid they will make a silly mistake and look stupid. When you play online, those issues aren't a factor at all - it's just you and the computer, no intimidation at all.

Over the years, I've had many people tell me that they learned how to play table games at online casinos and got comfortable enough to then play the games in the real world, and say they likely would not have tried the tables in the real world if they hadn't had an opportunity to learn online first.
