William Hill is quite a reputable company. But sometimes they do make mistakes, and if they do their support is NOT so good. If someone tried emailing their support they don't answer all emails. If they do answering takes a long time usually a day or so.
Live help is clueless (its only on euro ersion of casino i think). The only support that does "work" is the phone support.

If you withdrew by neteller you should have recieved the funds within 1-2 days thats the usual time, atleast for me so if thats the case i would be worried.

Contact their phone support, and they can tell you what is going on.
