Cabaret Club was the same group with spinpalace and rubyfortune. It appears they decided they dont need to run so many casinos, and "closed" it down for new users. Thats why it now redirect to spinpalace.
Cant give you a better answer. This is mostly speculation, except the fact that i know it belonged to the same group.
