My biggest wins have come from RTG/Playtech and CWC (Casino webcam). I had a really nice streak at Casino Webcam. I deposited $500 and walked away with $5k. I had close to a $2k hand there with a double down. They seem to be the fairest. I just don't like the week+ wait time for withdrawals. Playtech seems to adjust after you win a big hand or 2. It's best to play the live dealer games at the playtech casinos. RTG is just streaky. If you lose a bunch of small hands and increase it to the max on a nice streak, you'd probably come out way ahead.
