Both joyland and club dice have the same secure.clubdicecasino.com.

I don't understand what Club Dice is. Antigua Gaming lists as a licensee 'Crown Solutions Ltd.' - i.e. a registered company. Both sites state PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CROWN SOLUTION GAMING LTD., UNDER THE BRAND NAME OF xxx. The Antigua Gaming website lists Club Dice as Crown Solutions URL, suggesting that Crown Solutions is the same thing....

So Club Dice doesn't appear from the website to be the legal entity.

I wonder whether perhaps the 'certain assets' of that press release means that they didn't buy the whole Crown group, and so USA & New York (the old Intercontinental Online brand), along with Joyland have not been bought.

Or whether Crown Solutions is simply a convenient means by which these companies band together.

The inclusion of Noble Poker is interesting, as they are part of Imperial E-Club, which has a ery close relationship with Crown, in that they appear to be based in the same building in Antigua. If there was no link, this 'bundle deal' would seem less likely. My belief is that Imperial E-Club & Crown are one and the same.
