Hi Everyone,

I tried to get a hold of Indio Casino support but they seem to be ignoring me. I did have a problem with them but I didn't want to post it until I was sure that they really were ripping me off. I deposited and got a bonus with them and made a few hundred dollars which I think is a small win. The casino asked me for some photo ID and proof of residency so I sent it to them. Then they sent me an email calling me a bonus abuser and started talking about something ridiculous like being ambassadors to the industry by stealing my money. Like, after that the only responses I get from them is their decision is final. I chatted with a few people and they recommended I post my experience so that other people will know better not to play there. So, I wish there was more I could do because I want my money but I think this is the least I can do. The email they sent me I copied and pasted below. If anyone else had any advice please let me know because i'm out a few hundred dollars. If the casino decides to pay me then I will send an update here. If they don't pay me then I hope the few hundred dollars they saved in ripping me off will be far less than the money they lose from people reading these message boards and not playing at casinos who will steal your money.
