I cashed in 3560$ and only the deposit was returned

I sent them all the documentation they asked.

I obeyed their terms regarding the signup bonus I received.

This is not the only casino which I was not paid only due to the fact that I am from Israel, I think that is the reason too.

If the union can help that would be great , if not just warn other players not to play there

Avoid them at all cost!!!
