Hi everyone.
First to your questions.
1 - I did ask why I was listed.
2 - I haven't charged back at any casino of that group or for that matter any casino at all.
3 - I did pitch a bitch at Casinomeister. Unfortunately it seems he doesn't like people from Israel. I'm not sure that is the reason but he ignored my complain and a few emails I sent him later on regarding that matter. I heard other players from Israel got the same treatment so I think it might have to do something with it.
Here is the last email I sent to the Online Gaming Alliance (OGA) and the replay I got.
"Dear Robert J. Porter,
Thanks for your answer.
May I ask you a few questions please?
1 - Why Casino Elegance has listed me in the OGA Risk Management Database?
2 - Could it be that earning too much money was the reason for that? Could it be that had I lost my money they wouldn't have listed me anywhere and just would have just taken my money?
3 - Do they have any proof that I have done anything wrong?
4 - Can a casino decide after the player has wagered and cashed out that they will only pay back the deposit?
5 - Does your organization make any efforts to find out the truth or does it just take the casino word for granted?
Thanks again,
I really appriciate your help,
????."
here comes the answer:
"Dear ????,
Thank you for your reply. I apologize for the delay in my response. Please see below for the answers to your questions:
1 - Why Casino Elegance has listed me in the OGA Risk Management Database?
Casino Elegance has declined to provide a reason to us, but that is not unusual. A universally standard Risk Management policy is that no specific information be provided to anyone outside the team making the Risk Management assessment. Most eCommerce sites adhere to this standard, whether they are selling information, merchandise, services or gaming. The policy is intended to protect both the eCommerce site and the customer. It protects you, your privacy and your presumption of innocence.
2 - Could it be that earning too much money was the reason for that? Could it be that had I lost my money they wouldn't have listed me anywhere and just would have just taken my money?
No. Casino Elegance, like all OGA Member sites, celebrates winners. Without winners, none of these gaming sites could stay in business. Moreover, when an OGA Member site determines that there are irregularities with a player account, the net player gain or loss is immaterial. For example, a Casino will return funds that a player lost in fair play at the tables when the underlying activity is determined to be invalid because of the player's age or jurisdiction.
3 - Do they have any proof that I have done anything wrong?
Risk Management professionals do not deal in absolutes, they assess risk based on patterns and probability. To our knowledge, you are not being prosecuted for any wrongdoing and the Casino is not bringing any legal action against you. Undoubtedly they have reasons for placing you in the Risk Management Database but whether that would constitute "proof" in a legal sense is moot - they are not taking you to court.
4 - Can a casino decide after the player has wagered and cashed out that they will only pay back the deposit?
Yes. By the terms of the agreement to which you gave your assent when you registered for real money play, they are allowed to do this at their sole discretion.
5 - Does your organization make any efforts to find out the truth or does it just take the casino word for granted?
We audit our Members' gaming activity and their policies on a regular basis. In addition, we track the number of complaints we receive about any Member and look for patterns that suggest a Member has deviated from our standards or its policies. If we find evidence that warrants an investigation, we will investigate. Any Member that does not cooperate will lose its Membership.
We receive ery few complaints about Casino Elegance, they are one of our most trusted and reliable Members. The few complaints we have received are similar to yours - banning with no reason given. Since this is within the rights of Casino Management, there is little we can do on your behalf. As is our custom, we have examined the collective details of their banned accounts over the years (i.e. we see the aggregate numbers with all personal details removed to protect the privacy of the players involved), and the numbers and financial amounts do not suggest any pattern of inappropriate banning or significant advantage to the house.
We hope this helps. We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and regret that we cannot help beyond the information we provided.
Kind Regards,
Robert J. Porter

He admits they don't have anything agaisnt me.
What I want to do is to gather enough people who were cheated by this group and try to presure them to pay what they have to.
He can say to everyone that "We receive ery few complaints" but can he say that to a group of 30 players?
If anyone of you have other ideas I would love to hear about it.
