This is nonsense if I ever heard it.
Webmasters are largely called publishers.
In many, many affiliate T&Cs we are referred to as publishers.
Throughout the net, not just this industry.
I don't have any problem with this particular "publisher" - he is doing what you ask him to do and pay him for.
All I know is that I am being floodded with the Belize mails, and it's getting worse.
We'll see if it really stops next week like I was assured it would.
