So 2 things: They don't even know their own T&C, and in that case, can I actualy use the transcript of the chat to make them actually comply with what this person told me? even if it differs from the real T&C ?

On the other hand, I asked this person with complete naivenees, if I could only play outside bets, as in red/black, odd/even, or any other. The person said this:

BigTool: So there wouldn't be a problem If I just played red/black, odd/even, or any other outside bet right?
Peter: No sir there wouldn't be a problem.

So, I actually have this in writing. Could I use this in an event of a dispute ?

Sorry for all the questions guys, but I really want to know where I'm putting my money into.
