It's true that Bodog also gives you points for the time you played, even at playmoney tables, but only 1 point per table hour. As far as I know you can only play at three tables simultaneously, so the most you can earn that way is 3 Bodog points per hour. As you need 3 points to clear $1 of the bonus you'd have to play 20 hours to release the $20 bonus in your example.

So, you can earn $1/h at Bodog without any risk, but if you want to have a more reasonable profit rate you will need to play casg games where you get additional points for contributed draked gands.
