That is in fact the opposite of what is said:

You may open only one account per: household, computer or person. In the event that two users are genuinely sharing a computer and do not wish to share accounts they may open two separate accounts but only one shall be allowed to use the free chip coupons we give out from time to time. No winnings shall be paid if we detect that people with the same household, computer or person are using the free chip coupons in two or more accounts.

..with this rather ridiculous disclaimer:

If your account is banned and you have iolated one or more of the rules stated at this website then all your winnings & bonuses shall be null and oid and your deposit shall be returned to you. At his discretion, the manager may oid only the player's winnings, leave his bonus and allow a player to continue playing if the iolation was unintentional (such as a double account) if the player promises to be more careful in the future.

Now really, what do you think the odds are that they will look the other way for winnings of $6k? Slim, none, or no way in hell?
