I think what he's saying is that BW is now restricted in certain states. He tried to go to a page and it said "You are from state XXXXX." and then had to either say he was NOT from XXXX, or leave BW.com.
I tried to go to a page and got an error in the geographic IP lookup, but I know that it was TRYING to look up my geographical location by my IP address. |
