The best blackjack on the 'net is the Pharoahs' Casino single deck game - all pertinent details can be found on the relevant page on the site in my profile (excuse shameless plug). I've tested the game ery, ery extensively and am confident it's fair.

The second best game is the Crypto single deck game. I've not played it as much as the Pharoahs' game, but enough to know it's dealing fine.

RTG blackjack is some of the worst on the 'net.

The Harrods game is not comparable to either of the above, although better than the RTG game.
