Thanks to Bethug pointing Christine to this thread, my issue got about 80% taken care of today. I was paid a good portion of the amount, and the rest (the other issue I was having) has been credited and sent in for processing. Hopefully I will get that ASAP without a problem either. I will update when it's 100% resolved and paid up.
