Well said Spearmaster. Cirrus isn't a casino anyone should give the benefit of doubt. Chat transcripts can easily be edited etc. Furthermore, as Spear pointed out, Cirrus sent Schanky the promotion, and they allowed him to claim the bonus.
And don't forget that RTG software can be configured to deny bonuses when the player enters the code.
Cirrus screwed up every step of the way:
- They sent the promotion Email to Schanky
- They didn't deny the bonus when Schanky made his deposit
- They allowed Schanky to play (and they allowed him to play and lose in the past, without any problems).
It’s obvious what Cirrus is doing here. They want customers to use promotions and lose, and when a customer does happen to win, they don’t want to pay. Cirrus should pay Schank his win, and then take whatever action they deem appropriate.
Schank, keep after them, they owe you your winnings.
