It is always the same scenario...

My experiences with Cirrus Casino have been fine so far and I have been playing with them for quite a while.
A few months ago I have been upgraded to a "VIP" customer by them and ever since had a pleasant time at their Casino.

After I had played another coupon they sent me I came out nicley ahead. I fulfilled all wagering, did not breake a single rule and cashed out.

When a several days later I realized that the withdrawal was still pending I emailed the Casino, asking why it has not been processed yet.
Since I received no answer two days later I re-logged into my Cirrus-account and found... all winnings of US$ 5200 oided!

I re-contacted their Casino manager "Christine" who then told me that she would have previously told me that I was "only eligible for promotions under 30%" since I was a "skilled player".
-She did not!

As a matter of fact I had played other coupons of the same kind before and there has never been a problem. -Of course, since I lost!

After Christine saw me winning she was then trying to apply the same old trick of "being ot eligible" again.
I tried to talk to her over and over, saying that she sent me the codes, asked me to play them, let me redeem them...
-She would not give in.

My deposit of $1000 for that specific promotion has now been returned to my Neteller account and the remaining $5200 are in their bank. Almost worthles to say, refunds for the other "ineligible" coupons have not been made either.

Now I am finding myself here in public again, posting the "same lame old story"...
