Well it would seem I have a small problem but I am not sure where to start. Let me see if I can tell this story with out typing out a LONG story.

OK I was told about bet365 here, so I check them out on google and they had good reviews. So I went to look at the website and also look for the T&C (VERY important!) And I could not find them, (they certainly don’t make it ery easy!). So I just went and got on LIVE chat, I asked how much I would have to wager for the bonus and what games I could play for this I was told like 20 or 24x the bonus and that I could play any game. That’s was a good thing since I only want to play roulette (yes I am a little baby and don’t want to play any other game) I like the red and black odds, so what?!

Well I start an account and I seem to have problems from the start first I need help logging in my user name and password were not alid so they chaged my password or “reset” it. Then after this I wanted to play for fun to check out my odds and to see if I like the games and well I could not play for fun! After many attempts and speaking with two different people I was forced to play for money to see the games and get a feel for them. OK no BIG deal sucks but ohwell right?

So I deposit $80.00 and get the bonus, and then run over to the roulette table (with my mouse) I place a few bets and win and lose break even ok good. I then put the Low dozen, Mid dozen, High dozen, roulette strategy with stacking, and seems to be doing OK I am up about $10 not good but not bad I then get manhandled by this weel and go down to about $50.00 that REALLY sucks so I quit before I lose it all deciding I would climb my way back up some other time using the red and black roulette stratagy, (closest thing to a safe bet) because this roulette wheel was not going to let me win, I pick red it gos black I pick black it goes red, I pick both, it lands on 0 I wait until black or red had not rung in for about 5 spins and bet and still nothing I mean this wheel was a beast!!

Ok so I come back today and I am playing climb back up to about $80.00 or so then I log out and go to school. I come back and try to log in again and I can’t!! So I call them up and they fix this and told them about the wheel from hell and I could not play for fun and they give $20.00 of withdrable money. Ok so when I get this money I can’t with draw it! So I call back and here is where all my problems began! So she tells me she will fix this not to worry and then she tells me that if I do withdraw it I will lose my bonus because I was only playing roulette and this is not allowed only BJ and slots!!! Now I think you might get the idea where I am going with this. So I explain to her all of the above including that I was not able to play for fun and that I was under the inpretion I could play roulette since the rep told me I could. She tells me she will check my chat log and my phone calls and get back to me.

I am now waiting for her to get back to me. All in all I really find my self hard pressed to play here again, $80.00 is not that much and I am glad I did not do the $200!! Any one here suggest some thing that could help?
