Topic: Dishonesty @ PrismCasino/Slots of Vegas Forum: Winner Online

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to deal with this situation. I played @ Slots Of Vegas last month. After the non cashable bonus was removed I was approved to receive $500.00.

I did everything by the book. I made sure I completed the playthrough as expected. I even called to make sure I to make sure everything was ok which they said it was.

On their site it states 7 to 10 business days for processing. Over that time I have sent copies of ALL the documents they requested. Each day it was something different but since I am entitled to my winnings I sent what was requested of me.

Since it has been well over the processing period, I now feel that they were being dishonest all along. I don't know how these people can be so lowdown. They claim to be legit which they are far from. They claim that my winnings were being paid last week but last week came and gone just as the previous weeks.

That said, beware of Slots of Vegas. I would hate for someone to be taken advantage of and lied to like I was.
