It'll be little consolation to you, but what Bella Vegas stole from you is nothing in comparison to the hit they, Microgaming and the rest of the online gambling industry took when Leach got his bill through. They've collectively lost untold millions. Poetic justice indeed.
You never know, maybe word of what operations like Bella Vegas did got through to the US admin and spurred the prohibitionists on. Maybe Bella Vegas and other eCOGRA-backed operations like them were basically the architects of their own downfall.
