Like I said, I'm straddling... LOL...
Autumn - the fact of the matter is that if you reside in Nevada, this jurisdiction prohibits online gambling. Other jurisdictions in the US (like South Dakota, for example) also prohibit online gambling - but many states do not have any laws one way or the other regarding online gambling (except Utah and perhaps one or two other states, which prohibits all forms of gambling).
Because your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling, your age is irrelevant. You can be 2, 20, or 200 and it would make no difference.
There are other points which I am considering at the moment, and obviously the casino itself is clearly at fault AS WELL. Not either/or - both sides have arguments in their favor, both sides have arguments against them, and I'm personally trying to weigh all of these to see where I stand, even if technically it makes no difference.
Everyone, please do not imply that I am on one side or the other - and please make no presumptions as to where I stand - if I do not know where I stand, you cannot possibly know either.
If - and when - I fall one side or the other, I'll be sure to let you all know right here... LOL...
