Dear Sir,

I have contacted customer support multiple times. As as of today I have not received the withdraw that I requested on 03-09-07. The initial e-mail stated that I would receive the withdraw between 24-72hrs. I have faxed all of the requested documents, and and continue to contact customer support. I have had successful withdraws from other casino's, and do not understand Prism casino's inability to pay their customers promptly.
