The fact that they have chosen to ignore you, while they're happy to waffle a player as above, is worth noting. They presumably think that an enquiry from an "official" source is better ignored than trying to bullsh*t it away like that with fairy stories which are at complete odds with the facts.
I got the same response from Neteller. They are clearly stonewalling.
